Our theatres are loosely organised into three Regions: Northern, Central, and Southern. These are further divided into 16 Regional Hubs to foster more localised collaboration. The hubs hold ‘Relationship Meetings’ where mutually beneficial information and ideas can be discussed. Local authorities or enforcement agencies are good examples of where it’s useful to understand successes and failures with these sometimes tricky partners, allowing a proactive approach and the prospect of developing a consistent strategy amongst theatres who will often have very similar issues and red-tape to navigate.
