We are a not-for-profit group, theatre group driven entirely by volunteers, occupying a professionally designed theatre space. We offer a welcoming atmosphere and a supportive, positive space in which to develop skills, and learn new ones. Every year (except 2020!) we welcome over 5,000 people through our doors, enabling all ages to access affordable theatrical arts in a convenient local location.
We put in the time, effort, careful thought and commitment to create a programme of events which our visitors will enjoy. We are motivated by the enthusiasm and talent of our adult members, the dedication of our mixed-ability theatre group, Play In A Week, and the playful experimentation of our youth group, Nomes Youth Theatre.
