9:30 – 10:00 Arrival – refreshments and networking
10:00 – 11:30 Seminar 1 – “50 Years of the Swan Theatre”, Intro and story of the Swan Theatre, with small group tours partway through the session
11:30 – 12:30 “Overcoming Your Shakes-fear ” – practical and fun session on tackling Shakespeare with an amateur theatre company
12:30 – 13:15 Lunch – buffet and networking
13:15 – 14:00 Seminar 2 – ‘How to successfully engage volunteers’ with Jessica Bone, Front of House Manager, The Wharf Theatre, Devizes
14:00 – 14:45 Talk and Q&A with Michelle Greenidge, television and film actor and friend of the Swan Theatre
14:45 – 15:15 Refreshments and networking
15:15 – 16:45 LTG AGM and open forum – it is hoped to broadcast this live on Facebook.
