Join us in Kenilworth for a day of insight and inspiration – and a night out with The Addams Family!

Priory Theatre are delighted to host the 2024 LTG Central Region Conference at their Theatre in Kenilworth in the Centre of the Region and the Country. The theatre is a 10 minute walk from Kenilworth mainline station.

Priory Theatre have curated an excellent programme for the day although they are still in the process of finalising Workshop 2. There is a nearby Holiday Inn and a number of restaurants within a short walking distance if you wish to eat between the end of the conference and seeing the show on Saturday evening. There is also an option to see the performance on Friday evening.

Agenda

09:30 – 10:30 Registration and tours of the Priory Theatre

10:30 – 10:45 Welcome introductory talk from Priory Chairman and LTG Member

10:45 – 11:45 Workshop 1. Kelly Taylor, BAFTA nominated professional hair and makeup artist. Kelly will demonstrate her art on volunteer visitors.

11:45 – 12:15 Coffee and biscuits in foyer and an opportunity for delegates to network.

12:15 – 13:00 Workshop 2. The Warwick Warriors, Kenilworth Castle’s resident Knights, will discuss medieval armour and present their impressive sword fighting skills.

13:00 – 14:00 Bar open and Lunch in foyer.

14:00 – 15:15 Workshop 3. Stephen Boden MD and founder of Imagine Theatre, a leading nationwide pantomime production company. Also, former member of the Priory Youth Theatre and twice Priory Theatre Chairman.

5:45 – 16:45  LTG Central region AGM and Open Forum including a presentation by Anne-marie Greene about her Community Theatres project, followed by formal closing of the meeting.

16:45 – 17:15 Tours of the Theatre for those who missed the morning tours.

18:00 – 23:00 Theatre Bar open throughout the evening

19:30 Performance of The Addams Family

23:00  Conference closes
