Here are some pictures from the LTG N Region Conference at the Grand Theatre, Lancaster.

















The LTG N Region Conference at the Lancaster Grand opened on the evening of Friday 10 October.
The Programme HERE shows that delegates can register between 16:00 and 17:30 If they book for the evening meal, it will start at 17:45 at the Medusa Turkish Restaurant. This will be followed by the evening performance of Agatha Christie’s The Spiders Web at 19:30.
The Conference Booking Form is HERE (PDF) and HERE (Word Doc). Please complete and return by Friday 12 September 2025. To note that when you book on the Lancaster Grand system, a small booking fee will be added.
On Saturday 11 October, delegates can arrived from 09:00 and take tours of the theatre and listen to a talk about the history of the building. At 11:15 the main workshop will be How to Futureproof your Theatre from Lancaster Chair Mark Hutton. This will be followed by a buffet lunch in the theatre.
In the afternoon at 13:15, there will be a workshop on Translating Comedy including an excerpt of Kiss me Stupid to be followed at 14:15 by a choice of workshops: either
- The Marketplace and I: Accessibility Training;
- Preparing for Martyn’s Law (The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025);
- New writing – assessing, staging, promoting;
- Pros and Cons of Membership Software.

The workshops will be followed by a tea break at 14:55 and the AGM and Open Forum at 15:10 with the conference closing at 16:00.
