Relationship Meeting Agenda
Nick has gathered the issues that LTG Members attending the meeting have raised. The theatres will open their doors around 13:00 with tea and coffee and a possible tour of the theatre. The meetings will start at 14:00 and last no longer than three hours finishing at 17:00 at the latest, although the LTG Chairman is happy to carry on chatting over a drink or meal. The agenda will be as follows.

LTG Members in the North, Central and Southern Regions will host a number of Relationship Meetings in 2025. Not only are LTG Reps and Chairs invited but any member of your theatre who wishes to raise issues of concern or suggest ideas for future development.
North Region:
22nd Feb – City Theatre, Durham – event confirmed
23rd Feb – Stockport Garrick – event confirmed
Central Region:
8th Feb – Crescent Theatre, Birmingham – event confirmed and it will be held at The Crescent’s new venue The Old Rep which is close to New Street Station. There is a show on the evening of the event – Jekyll and Hyde to which attendees are most welcome to book.
9th Feb – Barn Theatre, Welwyn Garden City – event confirmed
Southern Region:
8th Mar – The Oast Theatre, Tonbridge – event confirmed and there is a show on the evening of the event – An Alan Bennett Trilogy – A Lady of Letters; Gren Forms; Bed Among the Lentils to which attendees are most welcome to book.
9th Mar – Studio Theatre, Salisbury – event confirmed.
Please confirm your attendance to the National Secretary by Monday 23 December with details of which meeting; your theatre; number of attendees. and by Friday 31 January, please provide the National Secretary with details of the topics you would like to raise.
