All LTG Reps will have received on 27 July, the papers for the 2020 virtual AGM to be held on 5 September 2020. The Zoom meeting will open at 10:45 so that the AGM can start promptly at 11:00.

The Papers sent to your LTG Representative for distribution to all relevant members of each Member theatre are:

• Report from the Chairman HERE
• Information about the AGM, the agenda, information about candidates standing for election HERE
• Proxy Form if you cannot attend in person HERE (return by 10 Aug)

To take part in the virtual AGM you need to Register and you will then receive a unique log in. All those who have registered for the AGM will then receive on Wed 2 Sep, details on how they will cast their vote in advance of the AGM and voting will be open until midnight on 4 Sep.

During the AGM, Jo Matthews will take over from Mike Smith as the new LTG Chairman and I am sure you will wish her well, especially as she takes over at such a difficult time for us all.
