Another FREE joint venture from LTG and Creative Lives (Creative Network) on how to encourage, new volunteers to support our theatres – and keep them.

The session will look at ” Do you rely on volunteers to do duties in your theatre that are not directly connected to show production, and on a rota basis? (e.g. Front of House, Duty Management, Box Office, Bar, Programme Sales, etc.)

Do you have difficulties getting enough volunteers, or struggle to keep great volunteers on your team long-term?

This session is suitable for people making theatre across all community and professional contexts. We’d particularly encourage you to join if you’re successful in recruiting and retaining volunteers, as we’d love to know how and why your system works, and we’d like you to share your best tips!”
