I posted back in May HERE about the NDFA conference on Diversity & Inclusion. One of the speakers is Anne-marie Greene, AD of the Criterion Theatre, Coventry, who have an comprehensive policy on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion HERE. Anne-marie is also a Professor of Work, Employment & Diversity at Leicester University.

In preparation for the Conference on 24 July, Anne-marie has been interviewed by Rod Chaytor, Festival Organiser about her work, Diversity in Amateur Theatre and the conference. The interview is below.
